Style Guideline
Authors are invited to submit research and application papers using the IBLT Template which you can download here. Download Template.
A sample copy is also provided here. Sample Copy. No footnotes are allowed. Papers should be limited to 12 pages including the title page, figures and bibliography. All pictures and graphs must be placed at the end of the manuscript, after the Bibliography.
Referencing
APA style must be followed for the references. References should relate only to material cited within the manuscript and be listed in alphabetical order, including author's name, complete title of the cited work, title of the source, volume, issue, year of publication, and pages cited. When you use the source in the text, author's name and year of publication should appear (Ex., Travers, 1995). Please do not include any abbreviations. Please see the following examples:
One author:

Two authors:

More than two authors:

When using the source in the text, state the author's name and year of publication. Please see the following examples:
Example 1: In the US , email monitoring of employees is generally allowed ( Pitt, 2002; Anniston, 2001).
Example 2: Jolie (2003) states that the Danish public administrations act is toothless.
When quoting another author’s work, the author's name, the date of publication, and the page(s) on which the quotation appears in the original text should follow the direct quote.
Example 1: Kierkegaard (2002) states that "the there should be a balance between copyright protection and consumer right" (p. 45).
Example 2: "In the Danish administrative complaint system, students have no chance of winning against the educational institutions" ( Larsen, 1820 pp. 38-46) and are not protected in reality by the law.
